What is considered a disproving fact?
Falsification begins with a predetermined answer to the question of which observation will be considered incompatible with the hypothesis, and not just inconvenient for it.
Limits of falsification in real science
In practice, hypotheses are not tested in a vacuum: measurement errors, supporting assumptions, and the complexity of systems make the question of refutation less mechanical than in the training scheme.
Popper and the falsifiability principle
Popper's idea is not that science must refute everything, but that a scientific statement must at least allow for a situation where it turns out to be false.
