Use of Maternal Capital
As of 2023, 90% of maternal capital is used for housing (mortgages, down payments, construction), while 10% is for children's education. Less than 1% is used for the mother's pension. The average age of mothers receiving it is 28. A problem is the lack of housing in rural areas.
