Роли: Project Board (спонсоры, принимают решения), Project Manager (день-в-день управление), Team Manager. Применение: госконтракты UK, строительство, IT outsourcing. Сертификация: Foundation, Practitioner (экзамены Axelos). Отличие от PMBoK: prescriptive (чёткие процессы) vs descriptive (best practices)
