Dispute over the throne of Jerusalem: Guy de Lusignan vs. Conrad of Montferrat. Richard supported Guy, while Philip and Duke Leopold of Austria backed Conrad. Leopold raised his flag over Acre, and Richard threw it in the mud. Leopold was insulted and sought revenge in 1192
